The 2019 Protein, Peptide, and Fermentation Industry Innovation and Development Symposium will be held on 23th, Aug., 2019 by National Chung Hsing University GLORIA and GRAS/Food Grade Heterologous Protein Production Platform. This symposium invites NCHU professors and many industrial professionals to present the future development trend and the future changes of the industry in Taiwan under current economic environment.

Professor Chuan-Mei Yeh of the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology of National Chung Hsing University is the principal investigator of the GRAS/Food Grade Heterologous Protein Production Platform. She endeavors to research and development the related technology of the safe and food Protein Production Platform. The mission of this platform is to enhance the competitiveness of industrial enterprises and to pass the obstruction of the rules for attracting more companies to have R&D cooperation together.

This symposium invites many outstanding professors and entrepreneurs to present the topics including: 1) the related industrial production, 2) restructuring bio production, 3) natural protein and peptide production, 4) industrial development case study and share. Through these discussions of technologies, productions, and business model, NCHU GLORIA hopes speakers and attendees would have different inspiration.
