To promote industry-university cooperation and develop new ventures, TMU Global Research&Industry Alliance held two speeches inviting two high profile figures to share their views.
On April 29th, Hsiao-min Lin, chairman of Taiwan Finance Corporation, gave a speech focusing on the structure of the financial market and sharing the topic of risk management under COVID-19. The content includes the Black Swan Event in the past 40 years; the trend of high-risk assets under the influence of the epidemic, including the future trend of the stock market, bond market, foreign exchange market, and oil market; and coping strategies under COVID-19.

On May 13th, Sheng-fa Yeh, chairman of Gallant Precision Machining Co., Ltd., shared the status of ICT industry investing in biotechnology and medical industry. Chairman Yeh shared many cases with the audience; and point out the development in medical device in the future in Taiwan. After the speech, TMU Global Research&Industry Alliance arranged meetings between TMU teams and chairman Yeh, hoping to have cooperation opportunities.
