A professional exhibition with Asian technology indicators - COMPUTEX TAIPEI (Taipei International Computer Show) was grandly opened in Taipei on May 28, 2019. For example, Jwo-Huei Jou, a professor at the Department of Materials at Tsinghua University, said, "No blue light and no polluting candle light OLED". "The less melatonin secretes, the less healthy you are." Professor Jou further explained that our body naturally secretes melatonin at night. The medical community found that it helps sleep and can be age-reversing and anticancer. However, according to available research data, the photos we use now will reduce melatonin secretion for a long time, the most common of which is the common white energy-saving bulb, followed by a white LED. In other words, if a candle OLED is used, it is 20 to 15 times safer, and people are not threatened by health hazards.

The issue of food safety is an issue of concern to Taiwanese society. To ensure whether food sources have other substances remaining, can only rely on scientific equipment.  At present, instruments commonly used in food safety testing in the market, such as mass spectrometers, have certain reliability and accuracy, but they imply that the testing equipment are expensive, require professionals to use them in high-standard laboratories, and are time-consuming and costly.  The shortcomings of spending.  Among them, after the consumer delivers the sample to be tested, it usually takes two to three weeks to complete the test, and cannot meet the needs of rapid detection.
The microfluidic drug residue testing system for food safety developed by our team from National Tsing Hua University and Institute of Agricultural Research can be applied to multiplex detection of drugs and has the advantages of high precision, low cost, ease of use, and rapid detection. It is expected to be promoted in the future production and marketing center so that the public can directly test the meat samples.
